Any dysfunction of our feet has similar repercussions on the rest of our body, so taking care of them is a must for the well-being of our entire body.
Hence the need to choose a DRUCKER ortho-anatomical shoe.

We bet on human values
Committed with people and health
Our aim at DRUCKER, like for all companies, is to strive to increase the volume of our sales by improving our profitability. In short: sell as many shoes as possible with the highest possible economic result. We understand that this is a perfectly legitimate goal, but within reason and not to the detriment of all else.
Establishing and publishing the boundaries that we upon impose ourselves in the exercise of our activity is precisely the role of this Decalogue of intentions and good practices. By abiding to it, we affirm our commitment to the ethical and moral values that delimit the framework within which we understand that we have to develop our work.
At DRUCKER, we think that we have a social and professional responsibility in regard to the preservation and transmission of our know-how. In fact, this can be threatened by excessive automation and the relocation of production to countries with both large-scale and cheap labour practices. We have the desire to maintain our production at a local and national level, through the support of the highly-qualified people in our area, committing also to the training of the younger generations to act as a guarantee for the future.
We at DRUCKER have been committed to quality from the outset and we will continue to be in the future. It is essential to us that all women and men that buy any of our shoes are totally satisfied with the benefits they offer. For this, we commit ourselves to not voluntarily reducing the quality of any of our materials in favour of larger profits. Our manufacturing processes prioritise the obtainment of the highest quality above any other considerations. When most companies are investing in automation, we at DRUCKER continue to carry out most of our processes by hand, simply because the expert hands of our craftsmen achieve results that the best machines in the world have yet to obtain.
Since we are a family-run business, we place great importance on the value of people both within the company and outside its realms. The success of the company is comprised of those that belong it. According to existing hierarchies, we consider it fair and equitable that each employee has an opportunity to share in the company’s prosperity in his/her wages and have exemplary working conditions. At DRUCKER, we are opposed to abusive employment that only seeks to pay lower wages by reducing social rights. Quite the contrary, many of our workers have been working for us from our very beginnings, which makes us assume that they feel they work in fair and dignified conditions.
We also operate an active occupational health policy, and have contracted PREVENVITAL, an independent specialist, to undertake the supervision of both the safety& hygiene processes and the prevention of occupational risks.
We understand it to be our duty to offer complete and honest information about our products, both in terms of the materials used and the health benefits they are endowed with. Whether communications are in the form of advertising or institutional, we intend to always act in good faith across all our communications, both internal and external. We invite all our clients and users to use this website as a channel for the exchange of opinions, suggestions, or even discrepancies.
The company has the duty to promote the responsible use of the natural resources that it uses by making available the necessary technical and human resources to do so. As far as possible, it will always expect the same of its suppliers, making environmental criteria prevail both in the evaluation of the materials required and in the selection of suppliers. Our long-standing commitment to biodegradable polyurethane soles is just one example of how we are putting our requirements into practice.
In addition, most of our suppliers are from our surrounding areas, which allows us to remarkably reduce the impact on greenhouse gases attributable to the transport of raw materials.
